Lowfat Quark with Prawns

A really easy, yet tasty and saturating meal!

Nutritional information:
598 Kcal
96 g protein
33 g carbohydrates
9 g fats

500 g lowfat quark
225 g prawns
100 ml skimmed milk (0,3% fat)
200 g cucumber

Just mix 500 g of lowfat quark with 100 ml of milk (0,2 % fat). Add 200 g of shredded cucumber and 225 g of roasted prawns, season it with salt, pepper, a bit of garlic and herbs. Done!
